No informations about needed program/game data in hpkg packages

Description
I start a discussion 4 years ago about package dependencies, things like minimum screen resolution, ram limitit... again i come to the meaning that we need a extra text part for information about dependencies.
Example: i install a game that need the original game data to run, because it is only the haiku specific game starter. I indtall the game (no specification are included the description) and can deinstall it because of lack of this information.
It is only a example, but i think it is important to inform a user, not a programmer or old bunny in Linux or other systems about that is need to run the program 'before' installing it.

It should be put in the description of the package. No need to do anything on Haiku side for that.
Please submit pull requests to haikuports improving the description of packages.
