[Web+] Option to accept cookies per-site by prompt

For privacy reasons, it would be nice to have an option to accept cookies on a per-site basis.
Cookies are beneficial for some sites that we'd like to save info, but for most sites, they are used to track behaviours. Turning them off completely might be an inconvenience, but a prompt for each site we visit would be useful.
If this option would be too intrusive and might get disturbing, an option like "Allow cookies for this web site" would do the trick. Then we can have just two options, enable/disable cookies.
For fast dismissal, keyboard shortcuts should be implemented, and indicated on-screen.
