AboutSystem scroll bar goes to top on resize

Description
When you resize the AboutSystem window, the scroll bar goes back to the top and the credits view is also scrolled to the top.
I have confirmed this to be a regression in hrev54549.
Other apps like StyledEdit do not exhibit this same behavior, even when wrap is on so this bug seems to be unique to AboutSystem.

I can't reproduce this on beta4 (hrev56578+70), 64 bits.
Might have been fixed among the many changes on AboutSystem since beta2?
