Description
To reproduce bug, use tiled wallpaper (using VESA driver, untested with others) and move a window around, or open the menu and black lines will "stick" on the screen, moving a window over the area clears the lines, suggesting a desktop redraw bug.
Did not see the same behaviour using scaled or manual modes, only tiled.
AMD 64 x2 platform, VESA driver, hrev54154-119 64bit Haiku (updated beta2).

FWIW, I see great spikes in CPU usage and choppy drawing when moving windows with a tiled background. No sticky black lines, though. Using intel_extreme driver with a nightly hrev54741.
