#16632 assigned bug

Improve documentation around package kit and "previous states" on boot.

Description

The troubleshooting guide (https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/userguide/en/bootloader.html#troubleshooting) briefly mentions package kit states:

Under Select boot volume you can specify what former "version" of Haiku to boot....

We should likely expand a lot on this as it will be the "most direct" way for people to bypass major upgrade-related bugs.

I suppose there could be a general workshop on the topic of managing the "administrative" folder and the files/folders therein.

However, within the scope of troubleshooting by booting into an older state, what further points do you think the casual users are missing. This is the current paragraph:

Under 'Select boot volum'e you can specify what former "version" of Haiku to boot. Every time you un/install a package, the old state is saved and you can boot into it by choosing it from the list presented in the boot loader options.
So, if you encounter boot problems after installing some package, boot a Haiku state from before that time and uninstall the offending package.
