on the command:

My hardware: Laptop Asus A3H Celeron M 1,6GHz 768 MB RAM HDD 40GB DVDRW DL intel extreme 915i etc.

Occurs when allocating the hardware memory on an intel 950GMA as well.

Thanks, that's helpful - so it's indeed a duplicate of bug #1655 (always write bug numbers with a '#' prefix, so the bug tracker will link it automatically).

Can you please do an "sc" when that happens? "es" just tries to exit the KDL which is likely to fail at that point.
