hrev54758 makes poseview less readable in some situations

Description
As of hrev54758, one of my machines, which uses the matrix theme (which has #00C800 as document background, and black as text), the text shows up as white, which is much less readable.
Either we should revert this, or adjust the threshold. Ideally when the pose background color matches the document background ui_color we should use whatever document text color is set regardless.
