FindDirectory APIs are in libroot.so, not libbe.so

Description

The FindDirectory documentation page lists the APIs as being part of libbe.so: ​https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/api/FindDirectory_8h.html

However, they are in libroot.so (or at least find_directory and friends are), so the page is misleading.
