iprowifi4965 not working on Thinkpad X230 — at Version 1

Reported by: djvasi Owned by: mmlr
Priority: normal Milestone: R1/beta3
Component: Drivers/Network/iprowifi4965 Version: R1/Development
Keywords: Cc:
Blocked By: Blocking:
Platform: x86-64

Description (last modified by djvasi)

Haiku version: R1/beta2, hrev54154+123

Also tested nightly hre54948 with same result

Hardware: Lenovo Thinkpad X230, with "Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205" wifi (8086:0085 in listdev)

Works well under FreeBSD 12

Expected behavior: Can list nearby wireless networks

Actual behavior: Network adapter is detected, listed in ifconfig. But no networks shown. Attempting to run ifconfig /dev/net/iprowifi4965/0 scan just hangs.
