Please add additional torrent trackers into beta 3 release torrent

Hi everybody.
Can you please add additional torrent trackers into beta 3 release?
Torrent tracker ​https://tracker.gbitt.info/announce and many others banned for piracy by RosTeleCom - the biggest russian ISP.
For example this udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce and this ​https://ashrise.com:443/phoenix/announce are not banned.
But ashrise may be have some problems because when GIMP use it then there is no peers from it at all. Elementaryos's magnet torrent is using ashrise and it working but also with some problems - sometimes this tracker return 0 peers for couple of days.

If you want, I can add the Beta3 torrents to my tracker and seed them. Each .torrent file just needs a tracker entry line like this:

Tracker that used by official beta release and many others are banned in Russia. So would be cool to add torrent tracker that not banned to official beta 3 release. I checked your tracker and it's not banned so may be release enginer can add it.
