[Regression] Monitor LG Flatron E2441 "out of range" with radeon rx 550 on new haiku revisions

Description
I have machine CPU AMD Athlon 5350 motherboard Asrock am1b-itx with gigabyte radeon rx 550.
Starting with hrev54408 monitor shows me after rocket icon "Out of range" when i boot in uefi mode.
When i boot in bios mode then i can boot to desktop but during booting monitor shows me "Out of range" and then all going fine.
I connect my monitor by hdmi-dvi cable. dvi on monitor side.
With revision hrev54402 all working fine.
