It looks like we can remove the whole "Virtio network and balloon drivers" section if I'm not mistaken. It has been implemented and the tickets linked are closed.

The abovementioned sections have been removed and the changes will go live once Beta3 releases. The commit can be viewed on GitHub here: https://github.com/haiku/website/pull/499/commits/76711566fb6b6821fb2a12ac70ede06c727f6fc7

In general it looks like several parts of this page are nearly identical to some GSoC project ideas (current or older) and I'm not sure why we have the same info in two different places.
