Description
problem 1: nothing provides lib:libreadline>=7.0 needed by python3-3.7.10-1
It appears python3 isn't in the nightly-*
images, only the
release-*
images.
This is currently blocking generating a test candidate image, and blocking testing of R1/beta3

seems solved.
We have a python3 binary, but no python binary. We can address that later in the testing cycle though if needed.

Solution appears to be generating a new build-packages python3-3.7.10-4 package? This will involve a new hardlink package + sha on master and r1beta3 branches
