Youtube video restarts at beginning resizing playback window.

Resizing any youtube video window causes the playback to start at beginning instead of where it is up to. This is the example video I was playing: ​https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Q2_YRpB4nQ I started web+ from a terminal to try and capture what was going on:

1. I started the video in default small window size.
2. I clicked the second button from right at bottom of video window to resize to Theatre Mode.
3. I clicked again on same button to go back to small window.

Result: each time video restarted at beginning.

This bug seems similar to #11469 but I think there may be a difference. Correct me otherwise.
