Icons on the desktop stick to the mouse pointer

Description

To reproduce:

  • Give focus to some window other than the desktop (i.e. Terminal).
  • Click on the haiku icon, doing a very fast click-release, and at the same time, move the mouse.

The icon will move together with the mouse pointer, until you click again.
