Description
my previous ticket was closed saying no fix required. Please do not close this item, as it does not work. I am up to date on software update.
In windows 10 VMWARE VMs, haiku 32 and 64 do not display and support in Preferences/Screen for the 3840x2160 resolution. I think the table of resolutions needs an entry added, and the preference screen resolution list need an entry to support this.
Please let me know if I can help to get this supported.

Yes, the table of resolutions needs a new entry. In fact you were told as much in the closing message of the previous ticket. Not only that, there was even a link to the exact place where that would have to be done, in the driver (not the Screen preferences) in the VMware addons, a component with its own tracker, and a notice to place your request there, with a link to it. In fact, if you go there and look in the closed issues, you can even find a request to add another resolution to the list.
