Support keyboard bitmap reports

Description

This is really a bureaucracy step.

There is no support for bitmap based keyboard reports. I had almost working but I got blocked by a bug on HID parsing (#16647).

Perhaps, some keyboards may not be blocked by that bug, but I think it will in most of cases (bitmap report keyboards).

Bitmap reports are more common on gaming keyboards.
