Improve the desktop icon for better visual clarity in comparison to the original NetPositive desktop icon.

The new icon is perfectly clear and your blurry screenshot of a computer screen does not do it justice.

The Web+ icon is not perfectly clear (well, maybe on a laptop screen) - but I'll leave it alone.

I don't understand, what is the issue here? The webpositive one looks fine to me.
