Add 'Printer' and 'Page Setup' features to the Web+ menu GUI under the 'File' category. This allows users to print to PDF/file/printer.
Web+ new keyboard shortcuts:
Alt P - Printer Shift Alt P - Page Setup
NOTE: This feature was tested with Net+ v2.2.1 on Haiku R1B3 x86.
