Ellipsis HTML symbol not rendered in forum blog posts

Description
When reading a blog post in the forum (after clicking the "Show full post" button) the text doesn't show the HTML symbol for a horizontal ellipsis, but shows the HTML code ….
When clicking the link to the post that points directly to https://www.haiku-os.org/blog/... those ellipsis are rendered alright.
Until fixed, people should probably use UTF8 characters instead (can be copied from CharacterMap if needed).
