Description
The newly created Internals Documentation at https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/develop does not yet have a theme.
Sphinx has a preloaded theme called "Haiku" which mimics the look of our Doxygen user documentation, so we can just enable the "Haiku" theme with no work on theming Sphinx required!
Instructions here under "Quick Start": https://sphinx-themes.org/sample-sites/default-haiku/

When using the URL without the trailing slash (from the ticket description), it seems that no CSS is applied. The URL with the trailing slash (from waddlesplash's comment) works correctly. Maybe a redirect should be added.

That is a general problem with the Netlify site for which no good resolution was found before, I think there is some other ticket about it but I don't seem to have a link to it handy.
It does have a theme already: https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/develop/
