Description

The last working revision for which cdrtools is still working is hrev55625. It does not work on hrev55632 and later. The likely culprit appears to be ​https://git.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=049eb4cb89e83bc8ee46f9fbb8b2b33607e864a5

Related issue at ​BurnItNow. Adding B_CLONEABLE_AREA to create_area() and clone_area() didn't solve the issue.

Status: new → closed

The "culprit" commit is correct; cdrtools needs to be patched. Based on the syslog, the area in question is called "shmfifo." That may be created in some place other than the already noted areas.
