This bug has been occurring periodically since April 2020. It usually disappears after several restarts or after updating the systems, but sometimes it comes back again.
The bug manifests itself in sound distortion. It becomes quieter, but at the same time extremely overloaded, which makes listening to audio unpleasant. Restarting media services in the settings does not solve the problem in any way. I don't even know what can solve it at all, since the appearance and disappearance of a bug are extremely random.
