Most likely same cause as #17377. Use fail safe video when booting, or try to blacklist the radeon_hd package.

When I try to access the safe mode options when booting both SPACE and Shift did nothing and Haiku booted as normal.

Just fixed it, disabling CSM in my BIOS did the trick, sorry for being stupid lol.
