Improve pkgman and HaikuDepot searches

Description
I've not had good results with using HD and pkgman to search for packages eg searching for mpv or mame in HD - no results for packages mpv and advancemame. Searching for 'print' failed to find gutenprint for me.
It'd be nice if they both did substring searches on package names by default without the user having to use regex, which would be another nice thing to have.

Here HaikuDepot finds mpv, mame and gutenprint. HaikuDepot looks for search terms in name, summary and description of packages. Maybe you're on the "Featured packages" tab, not the "All packages". "pkgman search" also finds th relevant packages for mpv, mame, print.

Yes, you guessed correctly that I was trying to search for stuff under the Featured packages section.
Does searching the featured packages tab make sense? Maybe the search should only/always search all packages or get greyed out when the features tab is selected?
HaikuDepot should be labelled properly or have its name changed. pkgman is fine in that respect.

I think having some widgets only working for a spefic setting/tab is more confusing. The category pop-up and search field is always there for you, wether you're on the featured tab, or all packages tab.
And we keep the name HaikuDepot for now, thanks. :)
HaikuDepot should be labelled as "Install software" in the menu. HaikuDepot could be anything!
