High CPU usage with 8 core CPU graph

Description

This is hrev55754, 64bit

Even after commit ​hrev55750, I see high CPU usage when showing the CPU graph with my 8 core i7. The usage of one core keeps slowloy rising over time. This is a graph of about 10 minutes, after I slowed down ActivityMonitor's scrolling speed with the mouse wheel:
