WebPositive forgets URIs of tabs when network is down

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- have a webpositive session
- Exit webpositive
- Disable network
- Start webpositive
- (dismiss all errors)
- Quit webpositive
- enable network
- start webpositive
Now all the urls visited are gone, and all tabs will be "new tabs"
