Description
Instead of appending the comment that I wrote, Trac decided to trash it. It shouldn't do so.
I don't see any valid reason why appending a comment can fail because somebody else did so, too.

The ticket was modified because somebody else added a comment while I was adding my comment. However, the behaviour of trac to completely purge my comment is not acceptable. No web forum works that way.
It was http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/1764#comment:7 I rewrote it as the original comment was lost after clicking "submit changes"

I see. I will check how trac 0.11 behaves in that respect, and i will check whether this behavior is already reported in their tracker.

Trac 0.11 does not discard the comment anymore, instead it gives a nice message that the ticket was changed by someone else. It does not yet, however, nicely allow you to post the comment or perform the change anyway. That - however - looks like a bug. I will add this one to the Trac 0.11 milestone.

Fixed in 0.11 which will go live on Monday.
Are you 100% sure no one else indeed did modify the ticket in the meantime? Which ticket is it?
