BePDF: Selecting to print "all pages" does not print anything

Description
This is when trying to print pdf files through BePDF.
My printer is a Canon Pixma iP6700D. Driven by Gutenprint. (I see that package Gutenprint8 is installed by default, didn't change anything).
If I set concrete page numbers, it prints OK.
