... make 'Save report' the pre selected item.
It's confusing for beginners, to choose between 'Terminate', 'Debug', 'save report' and 'write core-file'.
Experienced users still will know what to choose.

I think the current default to "Terminate" is better for the normal user. "Save report" will put all those debug reports on the Desktop, which the normal, non-bug-reporting user has no use for. Also, for bigger apps like browsers that are wont to crash more often at this time, writing that debug file can take a while. Most people will prefer to acknowledge the crash and move on.
Agreed, they will change the option to "Save report" when they are in the mood to investigate and file a bug report.
