Tracker randomly crashes after upgrade

Hi. After upgrading to hrev56408 (x86_gcc2), I found that Tracker crashes kind of randomly. After the crash, the Tracker restart normally.

I attach a couple of crash reports.

Maybe a rogue Replicant on the Desktop? Which replicants did you plant on the Desktop?
If you can't remove a Replicant any more, delete/rename ~/config/settings/Tracker/tracker_shelf and restart Tracker.

Hi. I have 2 replicants: one from the "DeskNotes" app, and the second one from the "Workspaces" one. But I had that two replicants for long time, and didn't had the issue in the past.

Anyways, let me remove them and check if the error appears again. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi. I confirm that, after removing the replicants, (manually and also deleting the tracker_shelf file), the issue persists (I attach the Tracker debug). Now, I'm going to update to latest hrev following waddlesplash suggestion.

I was having the same Tracker crashes (collected at least 3 reports on hrev56417, all showing the same segment violation regarding BString and BColumnTitle::Draw(BView*, bool)).

Updated to hrev56441, and I haven't seen Tracker crash again (even after using it for several hours a day these last 4 days).

Seems to me that hrev56428 did fix the issue :-)
