Description
Explanation The moment the OS tries to read and identify the CD Audio disc, it freeze, which is what I mean by that: Deskbar responds to my clicks but does not launch new applications, opened early applications freezes and do not respond until the end of the disk read, or freeze between delays.
How do I reproduce this problem?
I put a CD Audio in an opened CD-ROM tray, close the tray, the disc starts to spin up, speeds may vary, at this point applications freeze. After the disk is defined and the desktop appears on the disk icon, hangs disappear. In the same way if after that I try to do something when copying music from CD to HDD, there are no problems.
Note
Tried to check this nuance with CD data, there was no problem, checking again with Audio CD, the problem did not repeat(before i reproduce that 4 times), but at the moment of disk detection CPU load rose to half. Maybe just a coincidence, or it occurs with a badly read CD.
