System Freezes on Git Checkout

Description
I am attempting to clone a 60+ Gigabyte Git repository.
$ git clone --recursive database@192.168.0.42:git/ database
The system freezes not 10 minutes into the checkout.
Here are 2 OVA (VirtualBox Appliances):
I am new to Haiku and this was the first thing I tried.

That's the card I was using. The only defaults on the VM I made were to size of memory and hard disk.

Please enable serial out, reproduce the bug, then attach the serial log here. Also see if adding a core makes any difference.

What emulated network card are you using? If not PRO/1000, please change to that and try again.
