All of these should have been fixed by hrev56587 which was cherry-picked to beta4 and should be in +8, I think, unless I miscounted. What font size are you using?

Seems these problems actually predate hrev56571 and are mostly about a mismatch between how things are calculated in the Interface Kit vs. app_server. Rectifying that will probably wait till after beta4.

I don't reproduce the other two with the default font settings, what is your font and font size?
