Audio stuttering on Intel Tiger Lake

Description (last modified by diver)

Any audio playback is being interrupted every few seconds. This happens both with audio streaming in GNOME Web and mp3s, also with sound in videos and MIDI files, irrespective of the player. (hrev56630)
