Audio/Video are never synced when playing videos from disk

I took an MOV file that plays correctly on Mac and Windows, but does not play synced on Haiku.
I am running the Beta4 Test with updates current.
They seem to sync even worse than video streams.
This seems to be related to #14688.

In trying this on the just released R1/Beta4 RC, the sound and video seem to be synced. However, it still plays portrait video sideways.

I just tried this on the dailies (nightly) and the video and audio seem to sync. However, it is still playing portrait video, 90% left (on its side, to the left).
