On hrev56771 x86 during WebPositive startup, getting error:

Tested:
- pkgman full-sync -> Updated to hrev56773 x86.
- pkgman uninstall haikuwebkit*
- pkgman install webpositive*
Result: Same error.

Let me be bolder here. The message is saying (twice, and extracted and emphasized in the previous reply) that there's a problem with a file called WebPositive that is on your desktop. Does the system-provided WebPositive also exhibit the problem? Or is that a copy you have of an older revision or even one of your builds?

No, this was a user error. I deleted and symlinked WebPositive to the Desktop and it worked. Had backed up the old copy to the Desktop and forgot... sorry for the chatter.

That's quite vague, what is the error? are you sure this is tied to a nightly version and not the new haikuwebkit version that was recently released?
