Description
We lost multiple native ARM simple framebuffer drivers in hrev56225.
We may want to take a hard look at these and see if they could be implemented within the kernel as "real drivers, detected and initialized via the FDT bus.
This is a large project, but some of the legwork was done in these early minimal u-boot bootloader drivers which were removed.
