When opening the settings view/window through another application, such as Screenshot, some translators show a window as small as the decorator will allow it to be. When opening the translator directly, the settings window is the correct size. The following translators (when tested from Screenshot) are exhibiting this behavior:

PPMTranslator
SGITranslator
