And please attach a screenshot of the error. We cannot guess what the exact problem is otherwise...

I tried to format the second partition on the USB-Stick to NTFS, the Stick was mounted read/write. The whole stick was initialized to Intel Partition Map.
Formating the drive to fat32 works!
