Drive Setup does not format a NTFS partition

To create the NTFS partition works, but trying to format this partition gives an error window! Cannot create the partition...

And please attach a screenshot of the error. We cannot guess what the exact problem is otherwise...

I tried to format the second partition on the USB-Stick to NTFS, the Stick was mounted read/write. The whole stick was initialized to Intel Partition Map.

Formating the drive to fat32 works!
