Description
If you append another IOM icon (or possibly paste objects from another icon), IOM could warn that there already is an identical style and offer to merge them. For example, most icons have a black style for the outline.
The same warning could pop up when you save an icon and there happen to be identical styles. Maybe then is also a good time to offer to "Optimize" the icon, see #18378.
