Lnlauncher crashes with mutex was not actually locked!

Description

This is on x64 nightly hrev57104 qemu+kvm virtual machine. Since introduction of new mutex code, lnlaucher crashes in the background at random times. Another curious thing is that despite showing crash dialog, lnlauncher doesn't quit and keeps on working normally. Perhaps is it restarted silently in the background?

Probably relative to #18451, I hope it will help to narrow down the problem.
