Vision doesn't render IRC color codes with backgrounds properly

Description
When I send a message containing an IRC color code that specifies a background, Vision doesn't render it properly. Instead, it seems to choose a different color at its whim. Attached image illustrates each of the 16 basic IRC colors rendering properly in the foreground (first line) but not in the background (line 2).
