Description
The HTML code of all user guide pages shows copyright, author and translators for the particular language of the page.
It appears that the list of translators isn't updated (correctly?) anymore.
For example, the Ukrainian translation was originally done by "totish", but was recently practically rewritten by "Thoth". After the latest export of the user guide, the new contents is on the website alright, but the HTML header says:
* Translators: * ' * totish *
Still "totish", no "Thoth" (or "Iah" as he's registered at the ontline tool).
Maybe there's some bug when exporting that reduces new translators to the character ' , as seen in the line above "totish"?

Fixed in https://github.com/haiku/userguide-translator/commit/af691a359dc5518c68ca7fed0797dbb574c2f6cb and applied to the live translator database, fixed the existing user records at the same time, and re-exported in https://github.com/haiku/userguide/commit/2c0333165ec0ac9b0b1d9a9f1744b1160544a6d0.
The export takes the real name over the username if not empty, and the default real name is a single quote. A mistake in the switch to PostgreSQL 5 years ago or is it needed for something else?.
Users can set (and I hope clear) their real name in Settings until it is fixed and the DB cleaned up.
