Tracker shows date/time, ignoring pref. language formatting

My Locale setting is English for preferred language and German for formatting plus active "Use month/day-names from preferred language.

Tracker's modified/created attribute shows the date/time in English, but is using the German "um" instead of the English "at" to introduce the time:

I thought I reported this before, but if I did I cannot find the ticket. IIRC PulkoMandy said it comes from ICU where we don't have any influence. Maybe Tracker can manually get the date and time and stitch those together with the correctly (un)translated linking word.
