Expander - expand button still works with no source or destination

If I open Expander but don't fill in a Source of Destination, the Expand button is still active. If click Expand it asks me if I want to create the Destination folder, I click create, then it fails to create the folder. Maybe we should just not have the expand button active, or non-functional, until the source/destination are entered.
