Description

This is hrev57377, 64bit.

If an application's name is too long to be displayed without truncating in the Deskbar's running applications list, it gets a tooltip showing the un-trancated name.

This is not done for an application's window (in expander-mode), which would be much more useful, as windows often have quite long file names as title.
I think it used to do so, it may be a regression...
