    4 Try:
    5 1.) press "list key" to open Deskbar.
    6 2.) use "cursor up" to move to "Preferences".
    7 3.) hitting ENTER should open the Tracker window showing all preferences.

    9 So this one is a bug!
    10 Mainly when using "arrow up" button the programs will not open by hitting ENTER!
