The probable issue: 

        Receive: 11 packets, 0 errors, 1243 bytes, 0 mcasts, 0 dropped
        Transmit: 0 packets, 39 errors, 0 bytes, 0 mcasts, 0 dropped

This was technically a wpa_supplicant problem exposed by recent Haiku changes. Fixed in ​https://github.com/haiku/wpa_supplicant/commit/e952d309dfd57cf04cb9b461bd7f62d0537eaa3f and then pushed to HaikuPorts in ​https://github.com/haikuports/haikuports/commit/e5c59176a4db2cc4ff07b043ab9a880a928922fb.
