UEFI Boot not loading OS on Dell Optiplex 390 UEFI implementation

Description
My PC doesn't seem to like Haiku's bootloader; Whenever I try booting from UEFI, it hangs on the boot screen for ~5 minutes before giving up and rebooting. It's also really slow to load into the Haiku boot picker. Doesn't happen on MBR boot.
